Details
- Delivery service is only available for specified areas in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, and certain outlying islands.
- Free delivery service to a single location in the city area (including commercial and residential buildings) is available for orders totaling HKD $1,000 or above.
- For orders below HKD $1,000, an additional delivery fee of HKD $100 will be charged.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for remote areas and outlying islands*. Please contact our customer service hotline at 9710 0998 or email us at [email protected] for more information.
- Truefun reserves the right to charge additional fees or cancel your order if the provided address is incorrect.
- After confirming your order and completing the payment process, delivery will generally be arranged within 2-7 working days.
- Delivery is available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. We will call to confirm the delivery address and time before delivering.
- If the recipient is unable to receive the delivery at the confirmed time, the package will be returned to the warehouse and an additional fee will be required for rescheduling.
- In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather or traffic accidents causing delays, Truefun will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that cancellations are not possible in such cases.
Policy
1. Generally, we do not accept any product exchanges or refund requests.
2. Upon receiving your order, please promptly check to ensure that all items are complete. Truefun will make every effort to ensure that the products are delivered in good condition.
3. If there is any damage or error with the products, please contact us within two days of receiving the goods (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We will provide the appropriate solution within this timeframe, and requests made after this period will not be entertained.
4. We only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The product received is not what you ordered.
5. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The product is no longer in new condition or has been used.
- The product has been washed with water or detergent.
- The product has been intentionally damaged, stained, or is incomplete.
- There is a color difference between the product and the website photos.
- Any free gifts.
- Products that have already been exchanged once.
- Change of mind returns.
6. Gifts and redeemed items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. Factors such as lighting during photography, mobile phones, or computer display screens may cause color differences in photos, The actual product color should be taken as the standard.
8. In case of any discrepancies or ambiguities between the Traditional Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. “Gold China Development Limited reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
